Location information below is reflective of the primary Ascension Training Center location. Course offerings may be provided at Ascension facilities throughout the organization.
Choose the appropriate e-cards. Increase quantity of cards by clicking add. Note the change in total and verify its accuracy. Submit rosters using the directions provided below.
BLS
You must be aligned with the Ascension Sacred Heart Bay Training Center and be an active BLS Instructor or approved Training Site to purchase.
Heartsaver CPR/AED First Aid eCard
You must be aligned with the Ascension Sacred Heart Bay Training Center and be an active Heartsaver Instructor or approved Training Site to purchase.
ACLS Provider
You must be aligned with the Ascension Sacred Heart Bay Training Center and be an active ACLS Instructor or approved Training Site to purchase.
PALS Provider
You must be aligned with the Ascension Sacred Heart Bay Training Center and be an active PALS Instructor or approved Training Site to purchase.
Currently an Ascension employed instructors.
This option is for those who are working under a training site (Example: School district, EMS, Fire Department, etc...)
Aligned to main training center but not employed by Ascension.
I have not yet submitted rosters and know that eCard issuance may be delayed until I upload the rosters at: http://bit.ly/2TbJvnLNOTE: **eCards will only be added to instructor inventory with payment and complete AHA documentation: legible AHA roster, skills/exam answer sheets for remediated participants only, evaluations, and if a blended learning session the online completion certificate. **Rosters should be submitted within 10-days of the course to ensure participants receive their eCard within 21 days (per AHA guidelines).
